Shepard now offers free shipping on all online client orders over $50. Unless otherwise specified, orders are processed within 24-48 hours, and all shipping tracking numbers are included in the order confirmation email. Under rare circumstances and for exceptional orders, Shepard reserves the right to charge for shipping.
